We support OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers across the entire industrial value chain — from supply chain and production to quality, industrialization, relocation, and operational turnaround. Our team consists of experienced leaders and operational experts with deep product knowledge, technical know-how, and strong methodological expertise. We work in a structured, analytical way with a clear results focus — directly on the shopfloor.

With locations in Germany, Poland, Romania, and Turkey, we bring cultural, linguistic, and operational understanding to the table — solving challenges effectively and on site. We stabilize suppliers, bridge supply shortages, resolve quality issues sustainably, and manage complex relocations — from supplier transfers to full-scale production relocations.

Our history

T.A.S. FORCE is the result of decades of collaboration, deep trust and the shared conviction that real solutions can only be created through implementation strength. Our goal was clear from the outset: we wanted to found a company that would start where traditional consulting ends – in operational reality.

The roots of T.A.S. FORCE go back a long way. The Dückers and Farsian families worked closely together over 20 years ago — initially as part of a joint venture for the local production of axle components for ZF Lemförder in the Middle East. This initial business cooperation resulted in a close, friendly relationship that continues to this day and has grown through numerous successful projects.

Dr. Thomas Dückers – a long-standing board member and managing director of well-known automotive suppliers such as ZF, Kostal, Johnson Controls and Bharat Forge – has held management positions in several companies. He brought Arash and Soroush Farsian on board in various mandates: as assistant to the management, plant manager and implementation manager.

Together we realized numerous projects: Restructurings, plant closures, production relocations, post-merger integrations, series start-ups and operational stabilization assignments – including at Richard Fritz, Pearl Stream and other Tier 1 suppliers. From site closures in Germany and production relocations to Slovakia, Hungary or Poland to strategic due diligence projects, M&A support and series start-ups – the list of joint projects is long.

What unites us is a deep knowledge of the industry, a passion for operational excellence, entrepreneurial thinking and an uncompromising commitment to quality, responsibility and honesty. We only make commitments if we are convinced that we can really solve the problem – and we stand by our results.

We founded T.A.S. FORCE in 2020 — with the clear aim of not being a traditional consulting company, but a specialized task force with real implementation expertise. Since then, we have established ourselves as an operational specialist unit in the automotive industry: fast, pragmatic, effective – and always on an equal footing with our customers.

Today, T.A.S. FORCE brings together experienced managers and technical specialists under one roof — with the aim of solving complex problems in the supply chain, production and quality and making companies more successful operationally.
