Senior Consultant - Operations & Supply Chain
- Management of challenging projects in the areas of supply chain, production and quality
- Analysis and stabilization of critical supply chains and production processes
- Implementation of operational task force assignments directly at the customer’s premises
- Management of interdisciplinary project teams and close cooperation with OEMs & Tier-N
- Several years of experience in operations, SCM or quality in the automotive industry
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
- Confident dealing with customers at management level
- Willingness to travel and fluency in German or English
Junior Consultant - Operations & Supply Chain
- Support for project management in task force projects
- Creation of reports, dashboards and management presentations
- Analysis of bottlenecks in the supply chain and production
- Implementation of operational measures together with experienced consultants
- Degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration or similar.
- First practical experience in production, logistics or SCM
- Confident with Excel, PowerPoint & analysis tools
- Very good knowledge of German and English
Quality Management Engineer (m/f/d)
- Planning & implementation of quality projects along the APQP process
- Management of supplier development & audits in the automotive context
- Troubleshooting & complaint management in series production
- Implementation of measures to reduce error rates and ensure delivery performance
- Sound knowledge of APQP, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3
- Experience in quality management in the automotive industry
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Business fluent in German or English
Working Student Marketing - Branding, Social Media & Content Creation
- Development & implementation of our LinkedIn strategy
- Creation of visual content: graphics, videos, infographics
- Collaboration on CI/CD, brand development & presentations
